Returns and Replacements:

Products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged in transit.
If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace it. However, we require a full unboxing video of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for us to send you a refund email confirmation. After your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will notify you of the refund amount via email.

Depending on your original form of payment, it may take up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to be credited to your account.
